OTHER ACTIVITIES OF THE SERVICER. Subject to the provisions of Section 5 of this Agreement, with respect to advance notice of the Servicer's taking on of new clients or ventures of material significance, nothing herein contained will limit or restrict the right of the Servicer to engage in any other business or to render services of any kind to any other corporation, firm, individual, or association.
