Other Additional Rent. In addition to Base Rent and Additional Rent, Tenant shall pay all other amounts, liabilities, obligations and Impositions (as hereinafter defined ) which Tenant assumes or agrees to pay under this Agreement or any Lease and any fine, penalty, interest, charge and cost which may be added for nonpayment or late payment of such items (collectively the "Other Additional Rent").
