Other Adjustments to Purchase Price and Floor Price. The daily low trading or closing sale price, as applicable, of the Common Stock for any Trading Day used to calculate the Purchase Price and the Floor Price shall be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits, stock dividends, reclassifications, combinations and similar transactions involving the Company's Common Stock.
