Other governmental agencies may make purchases in accordance with the terms of this Agreement with CONSULTANT consent and upon providing notice to the COUNTY’S Office of Procurement Services. Purchases are governed by the Agreement’s terms and conditions except for the change in agency name. Each agency will be responsible and liable for its own purchases for materials or services received.
