Common use of Other Agency Titles Clause in Contracts

Other Agency Titles. No Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner, Syndication Agent or Documentation Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to the relevant Lenders in their respective capacities as Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner, Syndication Agent or Documentation Agent, as applicable, as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in the preceding paragraph.

Other Agency Titles. No Joint Lead ArrangerThe joint bookrunners, Joint Bookrunnerjoint lead arrangers, Syndication Agent or Documentation Agent co-syndication agents and documentation agent shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to the relevant Lenders in their respective capacities as Joint Lead Arrangera joint bookrunner, Joint Bookrunnerjoint lead arranger, Syndication Agent syndication agent or Documentation Agentdocumentation agent, as applicable, as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in the preceding paragraph.
