Common use of Other Agency Titles Clause in Contracts

Other Agency Titles. The Syndication Agent shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as a Lender. Without limiting the foregoing, any such Lender designated as a Syndication Agent shall not have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to the relevant Lender in its capacity as Syndication Agent as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in Section 8.07.
