Common use of Other Agents; Arrangers and Managers Clause in Contracts

Other Agents; Arrangers and Managers. None of the Banks or other Persons identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as a “syndication agent,” “documentation agent,” “senior managing agent,” “managing agent,” “co-agent,” “joint book manager”, “sole book manager,” “lead manager,” “joint lead arranger”, “sole lead arranger,” “arranger” or “co-arranger” shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents other than, in the case of such Banks, those applicable to all Banks as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks or other Persons so identified shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks or other Persons so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Other Agents; Arrangers and Managers. None of the Banks Lenders or other Persons identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as as, if applicable, a “joint arranger,” “syndication agent,” “documentation agent,” “senior managing agent,” “managing agent,” “co-agent,” “joint book manager”, “sole book manager,” “lead manager,” “joint lead arrangerlender”, “sole lead arranger,” “lead arranger” or “co-arranger” ”, if any, shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents other than, in the case of such BanksLenders, those applicable to all Banks Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks Lenders or other Persons so identified shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any BankLender. Each Bank Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on Administrative Agent, any of the Banks Lenders or other Persons so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Each Bank Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks Lenders or other Persons so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks Lenders or other Persons so identified shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any BankLender. Each Bank Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks Lenders or other Persons so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.
