Common use of Other Agents Clause in Contracts

Other Agents. None of the Lenders identified on the facing page, in the introductory paragraph or on the signature pages to this Agreement as a Syndication Agent or Documentation Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Lenders so identified shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Lenders so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Other Agents. None of the Lenders (other than Bank of America) identified on the facing page, in the introductory paragraph page or on the signature pages to of this Agreement as having a Syndication Agent title or Documentation Agent role other than as a Lender shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Lenders so identified shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Lenders so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Other Agents. None of the Lenders identified on the facing page, in the introductory paragraph page or on the signature pages to of this Agreement as a Syndication Agent “joint lead arranger”, “joint bookrunner”, or Documentation Agent “syndication agent” shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Lenders so identified shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Lenders so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Lenders so identified (or such affiliates) shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Lenders so identified (and such affiliates) in deciding whether to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Other Agents. None of the Lenders identified on the facing page, in the introductory paragraph or on the signature pages to this Agreement as a Co-Syndication Agent or Documentation Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Lenders so identified shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Lenders so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.
