Other Agreement or Plan. The provisions of this Section shall be superseded by the specific provisions, if any, of a written service agreement between the Participant and the Company, or a change in control severance agreement or plan covering the Participant, to the extent such a provision in such other agreement or plan provides a greater benefit to the Participant.
