Common use of Other announcements Clause in Contracts

Other announcements. Subject to clauses 15.1 and 15.2, no party may make any public announcement or disclosure in connection with the Transaction or the Project (including disclosure to a Regulatory Authority) other than in a form approved by each party (acting reasonably). Each party will use all reasonable endeavours to provide such approval as soon as practicable.

Each party will use all reasonable endeavours to provide such that approval as soon as practicable.

Other announcements. Subject to clauses 15.1 16.1 and 15.216.2, no party may make any public announcement or disclosure in connection with the Transaction or and the Project Schemes (including excluding any disclosure to a Regulatory AuthorityAuthority undertaken in accordance with clause 3) other than in a form approved by each party (acting reasonably). Each party will use all reasonable endeavours to provide such approval as soon as practicable.
