OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. Nothing in this Consent Agreement and Final Order shall relieve Respondents of their obligation to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, nor shall it restrict EPA’s authority to seek compliance with any applicable laws or regulations, nor shall it be construed to be a ruling on the validity of any federal, state, or local permit. This Consent Agreement and Final Order does not constitute a waiver, suspension, or modification of the requirements of the CWA, or any regulations promulgated thereunder.
