Other Appropriations and Service Revenues. Appropriations of funds to the CMHSP or its contract agencies by cities or townships; funds raised by fee-for-service contract agencies and/or network providers as part of the agencies’ contractual obligation, the intent of which is to satisfy and meet the local match obligation of the CMHSP, as reflected in this contract.
