Annual Evaluations. The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of an employee's performance of assigned duties consistent with the criteria specified below in this Policy. Except for those employees who have received notice of non-reappointment pursuant to the BOT- UFF Policy on Non- reappointment, every employee shall be evaluated at least once annually. Personnel decisions shall take such annual evaluations into account, provided that such decisions need not be based solely on written faculty performance evaluations.
Annual Evaluations. If a member so requests he/she shall, when counselled, be shown his/her Annual Evaluation including the Counsellor's comments. The member, within ten days of being counselled, may respond in writing to such evaluation. Where a member responds to such evaluation, the response is to be attached to the said evaluation. Upon request, members shall be given a copy of their annual evaluations and a copy of any other performance appraisals that are completed. Copies are to be furnished following discussion of the evaluation/appraisal with the unit commander/supervisor.
Annual Evaluations. (a) Members of the teaching faculty: At least once each year, each employee other than tenured full professors shall have an evaluation conference with the department chairperson or a member of the departmental P & B committee to be assigned by the chairperson. Tenured full professors may be evaluated. At the conference, the employee's total academic performance and professional progress for that year and cumulatively to date shall be reviewed. Following this conference, the chairperson or the assigned member of the P & B shall prepare a record of the discussion in memorandum form for inclusion in the employee's personal file. Within ten (10) working days after the conference, a copy of the memorandum shall be given to the employee. If the overall evaluation is unsatisfactory, the memorandum shall so state. The employee in such case shall have the right to endorse on the memorandum a request to appear in person before the department P&B.
(b) Members of the non-teaching staff, including Librarians, CLTs, Counselors, Student Personnel Services staff, Registrar series, HEO series and other non-teaching members of the Instructional Staff covered by this Agreement: Preferably once each semester, but at least once each year, each employee shall have an evaluation conference with the chairperson or supervisor to be designated by the appropriate xxxx or President. At the conference, the employee's total performance and professional progress shall be reviewed. Following this conference, the designated official shall prepare a record of the evaluation discussion in memorandum form for inclusion in the employee's personal file. A copy of the report shall be given to the employee within ten (10) working days following the conference.
(c) After four (4) semesters of service annual evaluation for adjunct personnel shall be held at the request of the chairperson or the adjunct, provided, however, that if such evaluations are conducted at the request of the adjunct, such evaluations may not be conducted more than once every four semesters.
(d) In the event that a date for yearly evaluation is not scheduled by March 1, the employee shall, within ten (10) working days thereafter, file a request for an observation and/or conference with the chairperson or supervisor. The performance of faculty, other than those who have received notice of non-reappointment under section 13.2 or those not entitled to receive notice of non-reappointment under section 13.2 will be evaluated at least once annually, and they will be advised of the academic term during which such evaluation will be made. Personnel decisions will take such annual evaluations into account, provided that such decisions need not be based solely on written faculty performance evaluations.

Annual Evaluations. Upon completion of construction, the jurisdiction creating the reinvestment zone shall annually evaluate each facility receiving abatement to ensure compliance with the agreement and report possible violations of the agreement to the eligible jurisdictions.
Annual Evaluations. All employees who are not on probationary status are to be evaluated once a year. The evaluation will cover the employee's performance since the previous evaluation or during the time elapsed since the completion of the probationary period.
Annual Evaluations. 9-1 The JESPA and the District are committed to ensuring that ESPs receive regular training to support their work and appropriate interactions with students. The fundamental responsibility for ensuring employees have the skills they need is vested at the department level; and consequently, department administration is encouraged to ensure sufficient funds are budgeted to provide accurate, adequate training to their employees. Departments are encouraged to collaboratively determine training needs and to consider on- line training, train-the-trainer opportunities, early release days, and other cost effective approaches.
9-2 Both parties recognize the purposes of a performance evaluation are to help employees understand their strengths and weaknesses and to encourage meaningful discussion between employees and their supervisors regarding areas of common concern with an aim towards improvement and growth.
9-3 To the extent feasible and practicable, each individual evaluation report should reflect the combined evaluation, judgment, and review of both the immediate supervisor and the administrator immediately associated with the employee being rated. Evaluations for school based employees should be delivered by May 1st of each year.
9-4 The evaluation must be based on actual events or situations. The reasons for unsatisfactory markings must be described in writing and will include suggestions for corrective measures and the time available for correction. Attendance will only be part of an employee’s evaluation if documented through the disciplinary process.
9-5 Employees have a right to review material made a part of their personnel record. Additionally, any employees have the right to respond in writing to any matter made a part of the employee's personnel record and have that response included in their personnel record.
9-6 Evaluation Appeals
9-6-1 Where pay or eligibility for promotions or transfers is negatively impacted, an employee who disagrees with an overall rating or individual marking can appeal that rating to a panel composed of the reviewer’s immediate supervisor, a representative from Employee Relations and a representative from the JESPA. Appeals must be submitted to Employee Relations within thirty-five
Annual Evaluations. During the month of April or May of each year during which this Agreement is operative, the Governing Board shall evaluate the performance of the Chancellor for the most recent fiscal year based on the evaluation criteria previously established. Chancellor shall inform the Board on or before February 1 of each year of the Board’s need to complete her annual performance evaluation and, after consultation, Chancellor and Board shall agree on a timeline for the evaluation process to be completed by May 31 of each year. Failure of the Governing Board to complete the evaluation process shall not result in the amendment or extension of this Agreement and will not prevent the Board from giving notice under sections 2 and 19 of this Agreement. Nothing herein shall prevent the Board from more frequent reviews and evaluations of the Chancellor, and nothing shall prevent the Chancellor from submitting self- assessment evaluations to the Board on a more frequent basis than annually.
Annual Evaluations. All regular employees shall be evaluated annually no later than June 1st of each year.
