State Street will supply to the applicable BTC Recipients copies of all annual financial accounts of the BTC Recipients and, upon request, other information maintained by State Street on behalf of the BTC Recipients, solely to the extent required by the BTC Recipients in order to demonstrate its compliance with applicable Laws and to conduct business with its Customers.
