OTHER AUTHORIZED INVESTMENT PRACTICES. Reverse repurchase-agreements may be entered into for purposes of liquidity management and yield enhancement to the degree that the total amount outstanding does not exceed 25% of portfolio assets and the original term does not exceed 90 days. Such reverse repurchase agreements will be executed in a manner consistent with standard industry practices regarding the pledging of collateral, marking-to-market, et cetera.
