Other Authorized Persons Clause Samples

The "Other Authorized Persons" clause defines who, besides the primary parties to the agreement, is permitted to act on behalf of a party or access certain rights or information under the contract. This clause typically specifies additional individuals or entities, such as employees, agents, or contractors, who are granted authority to perform specific actions, make decisions, or receive confidential information. By clearly identifying these authorized persons, the clause helps prevent unauthorized access or actions, ensuring that only designated individuals can exercise certain contractual rights or responsibilities.
