Other BankCard Features. The Bank shall have the sole and exclusive right to establish the terms of any agreements with cardholders, rates of interest and credit limits. Subject to the provisions of Section 8.3, the Bank may, in its sole discretion, introduce, modify or withdraw, any feature associated with a BankCard from time to time.
