Common use of Other Benefit Plans and Perquisites Clause in Contracts

Other Benefit Plans and Perquisites. The benefit payable upon Termination in accordance with this Section 2 is not intended to exclude Executive's participation in any benefit plans or enjoyment of other perquisites which are available to executive personnel generally in the class or category of Executive or to preclude such other compensation or benefits as may be authorized from time to time by the Board of Directors of Eskimo Pie or by its Compensation Committee; provided, however, that any amount otherwise payable in accordance with Section 2(a) above shall be reduced by any amounts payable to Executive upon termination of employment pursuant to any termination allowance policy or other severance pay plan covering Eskimo Pie employees.
