Common use of Other Benefits and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Other Benefits and Obligations. Executive will be eligible to participate in any benefit plans and programs applicable to similarly situated officers of the Bank, including, but not limited to, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance and long-term disability insurance, in accordance with applicable employee benefit policies and the provisions, terms and conditions of such plans and programs. Nothing contained herein will obligate the Bank to institute, maintain or refrain from modifying, suspending or discontinuing any benefit plan or program, so long as such changes are similarly applicable to other employees generally.
