Country Club Membership. Employer agrees to reimburse Executive for reasonable country club membership dues, in accordance with Employer’s policy.

Country Club Membership. The Employee shall be entitled to an allowance for country club membership to be applied toward dues for business use of such club in an amount equal to $3,120 per year, payable in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll procedures.
