Other Benefits Payments. The Company shall pay or make available to Executive all benefits described under Section 6.5.3(c) of the Employment Agreement with respect to “Health and Disability Coverage Continuation” described therein for a maximum period of eighteen (18) months from the Separation Date. Any reimbursement that is taxable to the Executive shall be made not later than December 31 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which Executive or family member incurred the expense.
