Other Benefits While Disabled. A member who is in receipt of Income Protection benefits shall continue to be covered under all City benefit plans for which the member is eligible based on the member's regular rate of pay. A member shall continue to pay applicable member contributions and the City will continue to pay its share of the cost of applicable City benefit plans.
