Common use of Other Board Expenses Clause in Contracts

Other Board Expenses. Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding, the Company shall pay any reasonable and necessary expenses not specifically mentioned herein which are incurred by the Board in connection with the Project, this Agreement, the Indenture, any financing statements or the Bonds, and which are not payable from the Project Fund pursuant to Section 4.2.
