Common use of Other Breach Clause in Contracts

Other Breach. (i) If a party hereto materially defaults on any of its obligations under this Agreement (the "Defaulting Party"), the other party hereto (the "Non-Defaulting Party") shall have the right to seek termination or enforcement of this Agreement, or suspension of any licenses or other rights granted under this Agreement, as a temporary, preliminary, or final remedy to be imposed. If such remedy is imposed, the Non-Defaulting Party shall provide for reasonable cure opportunities, including notice and other procedures, in accordance with the relevant order of the court.
