Common use of Other Breach Clause in Contracts

Other Breach. In addition to the other events of default and termination set forth above in this Paragraph 13, this Agreement may be terminated by Licensor if Licensee breaches any other covenant or fails to perform any of its other obligations under the terms of this Agreement and Licensee fails to remedy such breach within thirty (30) days of Licensee’s receipt of Licensor’s written notice of breach; provided however, that with regard to any failure or breach relating to Licensee’s obligations with respect to copyright, trademark or service xxxx notices, monetary payments or royalty statements, Licensee’s cure period shall be fifteen (15) days from Licensee’s receipt of Licensor’s written notice of breach.
