Other breaches of this agreement. (a) If a Shareholder commits a breach of this agreement other than a Material Breach, the non-defaulting Shareholder may serve written notice upon the defaulting Shareholder specifying the breach and requiring the defaulting Shareholder immediately to stop the breach and, to the extent possible, to make good the consequences of the breach within 30 Business Days. Where the breach has prejudiced the non-defaulting Shareholder, it may seek an immediate remedy of an injunction, specific performance or other similar order to enforce the defaulting Shareholder’s obligations. This does not affect the non-defaulting Shareholder’s right subsequently to claim damages or other compensation for breach under applicable law.
