Common use of Other Breaches Clause in Contracts

Other Breaches. An Obligor fails duly to perform or comply with any obligation expressed to be assumed by it in the Finance Documents (other than any referred to in Clause 22.2 (Non-payment) or Clause 22.3 (Breach of Financial Covenant)) and the default (if capable of remedy) is not remedied within thirty days after the Facility Agent has given notice of the default to the relevant Obligor.

Other Breaches. An Obligor fails duly to perform or comply with any obligation expressed to be assumed by it in the Finance Documents (other than any referred to in Clause 22.2 23.2 (Non-payment) or Clause 22.3 23.3 (Breach of Financial Covenant)) and the default (if capable of remedy) is not remedied within thirty days after the Facility Agent has given notice of the default to the relevant Obligor.

Other Breaches. An Obligor fails duly to perform or comply with any obligation expressed to be assumed by it in the Finance Documents (other than any referred to in Clause 22.2 24.2 (Non-payment) or Clause 22.3 24.3 (Breach of Financial Covenant)) and the default (if capable of remedy) is not remedied within thirty twenty one days after the earlier of the Facility Agent has given giving notice of the default to the relevant ObligorObligor and the relevant Obligor becoming aware of the failure to comply.

An Obligor fails duly to perform or comply with any obligation expressed to be assumed by it in the Finance Documents (other than any referred to in Clause 22.2 26.2 (Non-payment) or Clause 22.3 26.3 (Breach of Financial Covenant)) and the default (if capable of remedy) is not remedied within thirty days after the Facility Agent has given notice of the default to the relevant Obligor.
