Common use of Other Breaches Clause in Contracts

Other Breaches. If Lessee causes or threatens a breach of any of the covenants, agreements, terms or conditions contained in this Lease, Lessor shall be entitled to retain all sums held by Lessor for Lessee’s account or in any account provided for herein to enjoin such breach or threatened breach, and to invoke any right and remedy allowed at law or in equity or by statute or otherwise as though re-entry, summary proceedings and other remedies were not provided for in this Lease.
