Common use of Other Business Ventures Clause in Contracts

Other Business Ventures. Any Partner, director, employee, Affiliate or other person holding a legal or beneficial interest in any entity which is a Partner, may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures of every nature and description, independently or with others, whether such ventures are competitive with the Partnership or otherwise; and, neither the Partnership nor the Partners shall have any right by virtue of this Agreement in or to such independent ventures or to the income or profits derived there from.

Other Business Ventures. Any Partner, or any shareholder, director, employee, Affiliate or other person Person holding a legal or beneficial interest in any entity which that is a Partner, may engage in or possess an interest interests in other business ventures of every nature and description, independently or with others, whether such ventures are competitive with the Partnership or otherwise; and, neither . Any Partner, including the General Partner, and any shareholder, officer, director, employee, Affiliate employee or other person holding a legal or beneficial interest in any an entity which that is a PartnerPartner (except as may be otherwise provided in a separate agreement between such person and the Partner that is an entity or the Partnership), may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures of every nature and description, independently or with others, whether such ventures are competitive with the Partnership or otherwise; and, neither the Partnership nor the Partners shall have any right by virtue of this Agreement in or to such independent ventures or to the income or profits derived there from.
