Other Carriers or Services. Cape Air’s liability is limited to occurrences on its own flights only, except in the case of Checked baggage in which case the Customer has the right of action against either the first or last carrier in the flown itinerary. A carrier issuing a ticket or checking baggage over the lines of others does so only as agent and is not liable for actions on the part of the operating carrier.
