Other Changes to the Programs. For the avoidance of doubt, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 8.8, none of Licensee’s actions with respect to the Licensed Content pursuant to, and in accordance with, Sections 1.2(b), 4.5, 8.9(c), or 8.11(c) or (d) shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Section 8.8 (other than Section 8.8(h)).
