Common use of Other Charges Clause in Contracts

Other Charges. The Borrower shall bear all charges and expenses, including professional, banking or exchange charges incurred in connection with the preparation, execution, implementation, enforcement and termination of this Contract or any related document, any amendment, supplement or waiver in respect of this Contract or any related document, and in the amendment, creation, management, enforcement and realisation of any security for the Loan.

Other Charges. The Each Borrower shall bear all charges and expenses, including professional, banking or exchange charges incurred in connection with the preparation, execution, implementation, enforcement and termination of this Contract or any related document, any amendment, supplement or waiver in respect of this Contract or any related document, and in the amendment, creation, management, enforcement and realisation of any security for the Loan.

The Borrower shall bear all duly documented charges and expenses, including professional, banking or exchange charges incurred in connection with the preparation, execution, implementation, enforcement implementation and termination of this Contract or any related document, any amendment, supplement or waiver in respect of this Contract or any related document, and in the amendment, creation, management, enforcement management and realisation of any security for the Loan.

Other Charges. The Bank shall provide documentary support for any such charges or expenses 14 (fourteen) days before its demand for payment falls due.
