Common use of Other Client Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Other Client Confidential Information. Consultant agrees that Consultant will not improperly use, disclose, or induce the Company to use any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or concurrent employer of Consultant or other person or entity with which Consultant has an obligation to keep in confidence. Consultant also agrees that Consultant will not bring onto the Company’s premises or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document, proprietary information, or trade secrets belonging to any third party unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company has been consented to in writing by such third party.

Other Client Confidential Information. Consultant agrees that Consultant will not improperly use, disclose, or induce the Company to use any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or concurrent current employer of Consultant or other person or entity with which Consultant has an obligation to keep in confidence. Consultant also further agrees that Consultant will not bring onto the Company’s premises or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document, proprietary information, or trade secrets belonging to any such third party unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company has been consented to to, in writing writing, by such third partyparty and the Company.

Consultant also agrees that Consultant will not bring onto the Company’s premises or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document, proprietary information, or trade secrets belonging to any third party unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company has been consented to in writing by such third party.

Consultant also agrees that Consultant will not bring onto the CompanyCompany Group’s premises or transfer onto the CompanyCompany Group’s technology systems any unpublished document, proprietary information, information or trade secrets belonging to any third party party, unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company Group has been consented to in writing by such third party.

Consultant also agrees that Consultant will not bring onto the Company’s premises or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document, proprietary information, or trade secrets belonging to any third party unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company has been consented to in writing by such third party.

Consultant agrees that Consultant will not not, during the Term of this Agreement, improperly use, disclose, use or induce disclose to the Company to use any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or concurrent current employer of Consultant or other person or entity with which Consultant has an obligation agreement or duty to keep in confidenceconfidence information acquired by Consultant, if any. Consultant also agrees that Consultant will not bring onto the Company’s premises or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document, document or proprietary information, or trade secrets information belonging to any third party such employer, person or entity unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company has been consented to in writing by such third partyemployer, person or entity.

Consultant agrees that Consultant will not improperly use, disclose, or induce the Company to use any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or concurrent customer or employer of Consultant or other person or entity with which Consultant has an obligation to keep in confidence, unless Consultant has all required consents or authorizations to do so. Consultant also agrees that Consultant will not bring onto the Company’s premises or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document, proprietary information, or trade secrets belonging to any third party unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company has been consented to in writing by such third party..
