Common use of Other Closing Documents Clause in Contracts

Other Closing Documents. The Buyer shall have received such other certificates, instruments and documents in confirmation of the representations and warranties of the Sellers and the Shareholders or in furtherance of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as the Buyer or its counsel may reasonably request, including, without limitation, the Management Agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Buyer. Section 8.13

Other Closing Documents. The Buyer Sellers shall have received such other certificates, instruments and documents in confirmation of the representations and warranties of the Sellers Buyer and the Shareholders Parent or in furtherance of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as the Buyer Sellers, the Executive Shareholders or its their counsel may reasonably request, including, without limitation, the Management Agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the BuyerExecutive Shareholders.
