Other communication. Other communication with the Swedish Pensions Agency with respect to this fund agreement shall, unless otherwise stated in this fund agreement or by the Swedish Pensions Agency, primarily be sent by email to the email address provided by the agency at the time. Should the Fund Manager deem it inappropriate to send certain information by (unencrypted) email or, for example, a document must be submitted to the agency in original copy, communication may occur in other appropriate manner according the section 7.1.1 above. If so, the Fund Manager shall notify the Swedish Pensions Agency by email that the information has been sent and in what manner.
