Common use of Other Company Accounts Clause in Contracts

Other Company Accounts. At the direction of the Manager, the Servicer will (itself or through applicable Subservicers) establish and maintain such other Eligible Accounts (as Company Accounts) as may be directed by the Manager, each of which will be held in trust for the benefit of the Company, and must be funded and disbursed only in accordance with such instructions as are provided by the Manager (“Other Company Accounts”).
