OTHER COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT PROGRAMS. There will be no duplication between payments made under this Agreement and any payment or benefit under any other plan, program, agreement, or arrangement. Except as otherwise specifically provided for herein, payments under this Agreement will not be considered compensation for purposes of any compensation, deferred compensation, insurance, pension, savings, or other benefit plan.
