Other Compensation Programs. Except as provided in Section 7(c), separation from service as described in this Section 2 will not affect any rights that the Executive may have pursuant to any other agreement, policy, plan, program or arrangement of the Company providing for benefits, which rights will be governed by the terms thereof.
