Other Confidential Information. The Parties agree that the confidentiality provisions under this Article Twenty are separate from, and shall not impair or modify any other confidentiality agreements that may be in place between the Parties or their Affiliates; provided however, that the confidentiality provisions of this Article Twenty shall govern confidential treatment of all non-public information exchanged between the Parties related directly or indirectly to this Agreement as of and after the Execution Date, including the Customer information provided to Buyer pursuant to Section 4.1 by Seller or its Affiliate. (a) Seller shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of customer-specific information and data, including California Public Utilities Code Section 8380, et seq. and the “Rules Regarding Privacy and Security Protections for Energy Usage Data” adopted by the California Public Utilities Commission.
