Common use of OTHER CONFIDENTIAL OR SENSITIVE INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

OTHER CONFIDENTIAL OR SENSITIVE INFORMATION. A. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that in order for the Contractor to perform the Services contemplated herein, the Department may have to provide the Contractor with, or the Contractor may have access to, certain information, other than criminal history information, that is confidential pursuant to federal or state laws, rules, or regulations, or that is personal information considered to be “sensitive”. The Contractor agrees that such confidential or sensitive information shall only be used for the purpose of performing Services contemplated herein. Such information shall not be disclosed, copied or transmitted for any purpose other than for the performance of Services contemplated herein.
