Common use of Other Consequences Clause in Contracts

Other Consequences. Without limiting the foregoing, if any Unit or Certificate representing a Unit is purported to be Transferred in whole or in part in contravention of this Article IX, the Person to whom such purported Transfer was made shall not be entitled to any rights as a Member whatsoever, including any of the following rights: (i) to participate in the management, business or affairs of the Company; (ii) to receive any reports pursuant to Section 6.2 or obtain information concerning the Company pursuant to Section 6.3 or any other provision hereof; (iii) to inspect or copy the Company’s books or records; (iv) to receive any Economic Interest in the Company; or (v) to receive upon the dissolution and winding up of the Company the net amount otherwise distributable to the Transferor pursuant to Section 10.2(c)(iii) hereof.

Other Consequences. Without limiting the foregoing, if any Unit or Certificate representing a Unit is purported to be Transferred in whole or in part in contravention of this Article IX, the Person to whom such purported Transfer was made shall not be entitled to any rights as a Member whatsoever, including including, without limitation, any of the following rights: (i) to participate in the management, business or affairs of the Company; (ii) to receive any reports pursuant to Section 6.2 hereof or obtain information concerning the Company pursuant to Section 6.3 or any other provision hereof; (iii) to inspect or copy the Company’s books or records; (iv) to receive any Economic Interest in the Company; or (v) to receive upon the dissolution and winding up of the Company the net amount otherwise distributable to the Transferor pursuant to Section 10.2(c)(iii) hereof.

Without limiting the foregoing, if any Unit Membership Interest or Certificate certificate representing a Unit Membership Interest is purported to be Transferred in whole or in part in contravention of this Article IXX, the Person to whom such purported Transfer was made shall not be entitled to any rights as a Member whatsoever, including including, without limitation, any of the following rights: (i) to participate in the management, business or affairs of the Company; (ii) to receive any reports pursuant to Section 6.2 7.2 hereof or obtain information concerning the Company pursuant to Section 6.3 7.3 or any other provision hereof; (iii) to inspect or copy the Company’s books or records; (iv) to receive any Economic Interest in the Company; or (v) to receive upon the dissolution and winding up of the Company the net amount otherwise distributable to the Transferor transferor pursuant to Section 10.2(c)(iii13.2(c)(iii) hereof.

Other Consequences. Without limiting the foregoing, if any Unit or Certificate representing a Unit is purported to be Transferred in whole or in part in contravention of this Article IX8, the Person to whom such purported Transfer was made shall not be entitled to any rights as a Member whatsoever, including including, without limitation, any of the following rights: (i) to participate in the management, business or affairs of the Company; (ii) to receive any reports pursuant to Section 6.2 or obtain information concerning the Company pursuant to Section 6.3 or any other provision hereof; (iii) to inspect or copy the Company’s books or records; (iv) to receive any Economic Interest in the Company; or (v) to receive upon the dissolution and winding up of the Company the net amount otherwise distributable to the Transferor pursuant to Section 10.2(c)(iii) 9.2 hereof.

Other Consequences. Without limiting the foregoing, if any Unit or Certificate representing a Unit Membership Interest is purported to be Transferred in whole or in part in contravention of this Article IX, the Person to whom such purported Transfer was made shall not be entitled to any rights as a Member whatsoever, including any of the following rights: (i) to participate in the management, business or affairs of the Company; (ii) to receive any reports pursuant to Section 6.2 reports, or obtain information concerning the Company Company, pursuant to Section 6.3 7.1, or any other provision hereof; (iii) to inspect or copy the Company’s books or records; (iv) to receive any Economic Interest in the Company; or (v) to receive upon the dissolution and winding up of the Company the net amount otherwise distributable to the Transferor pursuant to Section 10.2(c)(iii) 10.2 hereof.
