Other Covenants of the Parties. Each of KBOne, Holdings, RFC and Buyer hereby agrees and covenants that it shall not agree to any modification or amendment of, or waiver any of its rights under, the Note, the MSRA or the guaranty, without the prior written consent of each of the other parties hereto.
