OTHER COVENANTS OR CONDITIONS. If Xxxxxxx shall default in the performance or observance of any other covenant or condition of this Lease or of any note, deed of trust, or other document relating to a Leasehold Lien to be performed or observed by Xxxxxxx, whether or not Ameristar is a party to any such documents, and Xxxxxxx shall not have fully corrected the same within thirty (30) days after notice thereof has been sent by Ameristar to Xxxxxxx, or such other specific period of notice and opportunity to cure as may be expressly provided herein.
