Other Criteria. The pupils are in grades 5 to 12 who are at risk of not graduating from high school because they are two or more of the following:
a. One or more years behind their age group in the number of high school credits attained.
b. Two or more years behind their age group in basic skill levels.
c. Habitual truants, as defined in Wis. Stat. § 118.16(1)(a).
Other Criteria. Notwithstanding, and without prejudice to, any other provision herein, in the event that S&P has other published criteria with respect to the downgrade of a counterparty in effect at the time of such a downgrade of Party A, Party A shall be entitled to elect to take such other measures specified in such published criteria subject to Rating Agency Confirmation by S&P.
Other Criteria. 11.1 The order of precedence shall be any applicable agreements between TIMET and the supplier, the requirements listed on the TIMET Purchase Order or contract, RMS 71.5 (latest revision) and RMS 1000 (latest revision).
11.2 Acceptance of this RMS by the supplier must be acknowledged and a signed copy of such acceptance shall be returned to TIMET Purchasing Manager. The acceptance must indicate the date from which material to the new specification will be despatched to TIMET.
Other Criteria i. A tenured teacher may be dismissed because of elimination of position only if there is no other position for which the tenured teacher is qualified. In order to be qualified to displace another teacher or to be transferred to an open position, a tenured teacher must be certified to hold such a position and be able to show evidence of qualification for such position as determined by the Superintendent.
ii. Within the separate categories of tenured and non-tenured teachers, dismissal because of elimination of position will be based on seniority as determined by the total number of years of contractual service as a certified teacher in the Xxxxxxxxx School System, provided, however, that in order to displace another teacher on the basis of seniority, a teacher must be certified to hold the position of the teacher to be displaced and be able to show evidence of qualification for such position as determined by the Superintendent. Part-time service will be credited as that portion of full-time salary received (for seniority).
iii. When it becomes necessary to choose between or among several qualified teachers of equal seniority, the following shall be considered:
(a) Total contractual experience in the system (starting with the date the contract was signed)
(b) Experience in area of certification
(c) Degree status.
Other Criteria. In providing mental health services, CONTRACTOR further agrees:
A. To furnish all personnel, facilities, insurance, equipment and administrative services as reasonably necessary to competently and professionally conduct the mental health services and programs provided for by this Agreement.
B. To provide the COUNTY, in satisfaction of Section 621 of Title 9 of the California Code of Regulations, with the services of a psychiatrist with the qualifications set forth in Section 623 of that Code, who shall have the duties and responsibilities set forth in Section 522 of the Code. Other Criteria. For reasons of community stability, we will aim to provide a balanced community of equal proportion of working and non working households; Westward Housing group have the right to refuse an applicant if: Existing care or support packages cannot be guaranteed at the new property; The applicant is acutely vulnerable and has no history of ongoing and/or sustained engagement with support services; The needs of the applicant cannot be met by the services available at older persons accommodation schemes. Following a nomination Westward Housing Group will make an assessment of an applicants needs. If the assessment indicates that an applicant is considered to be vulnerable for any reason then Westward Housing Group will endeavour to arrange suitable support from the start of the tenancy. However an applicant may be turned down: Where there is an acute vulnerability and no history of ongoing and sustained engagement with support services; Where an existing care package cannot be guaranteed at the new address and no other support is available; Where Westward Housing Group has been unable to arrange suitable support; Where the level of support required would seriously undermine Westward Housing Groups ability to support other residents in the neighbourhood.
Other Criteria. In the event that tenure and certification status is found to be not definitive enough, the following criteria (in the following order) shall be used within each level (of tenure and certification status):
a. Total contractual experience in the system (starting with the date the contract was signed)
b. Experience in position (elementary or secondary, not grade or subject taught)
c. Total experience in the position in any system
d. Total experience in any system
e. Degree status
f. Additional course credit

Within the separate categories of tenured and non-tenured teachers, dismissal because of elimination of position will be based on seniority as determined by the total number of years of continuous contractual service as a certified teacher in the Ledyard School System, provided, however, that in order to displace another teacher on the basis of seniority, a teacher must be certified to hold the position. Seniority shall be determined by the time/date of the signing of the teacher's contract or their most recent date of hire with the Board. Part time service will be credited as that portion of full-time salary received (for seniority).
c. When it becomes necessary to choose between or among several qualified teachers of equal seniority, the following shall be considered:
i. Total contractual experience in the system (starting with the date the contract was signed)
ii. Experience in area position
iii. Degree status

11.2 All material shall satisfy the requirements of PWA 1201 (latest revision).
Other Criteria. Within the separate categories of tenured Administrators and non-tenured Administrators, the following criteria will be considered:
(a) areas of certification;
(b) in schools where there exists assistants, the position eliminated shall be deemed to be the position of the most junior member;
(c) total years of experience in the Thomaston School System;
(d) in the event total years experience in the Thomaston School System is equal, total years of administrative experience shall be considered.
