Other Dealings. The Custodian shall otherwise act as directed by Instruction, including without limitation effecting the free payments of moneys or the free delivery of securities, provided that such Instruction shall indicate the purpose of such payment or delivery and that the Custodian shall record the party to whom such payment or delivery is made. The Custodian shall attend to all nondiscretionary details in connection with the sale, exchange, substitution, transfer or purchase or other administration of Investments, except as otherwise directed by an Instruction. The Custodian may at any time or times in its discretion appoint (and may at any time remove) agents (other than Subcustodians) to carry out some or all of the administrative provisions of this Agreement (AGENTS), provided, however, that the appointment of such agent shall not relieve the Custodian of its administrative obligations under this Agreement.
