Other Debt Securities Issued Hereunder. Freddie Mac may from time to time create and issue Debt Securities including Convertible Debt Securities hereunder which contain terms and conditions not specified in this Agreement. Such Debt Securities shall be governed by the applicable Supplemental Agreement and, to the extent that the terms of this Agreement are not inconsistent with Freddie Mac’s intent in creating and issuing such Debt Securities, by the terms of this Agreement. Such Debt Securities shall be secured or unsecured obligations of Freddie Mac. If the Debt Securities are secured obligations of Freddie Mac, the provisions of Article V hereof shall apply to such Debt Securities.
