Other Definitional and Interpretive Provisions. (a) Unless otherwise specified therein, all terms defined in this Agreement shall have the defined meanings when used in any Notes or any certificate or other document made or delivered pursuant hereto. (b) When used with reference to a period of time, the word “from” means “from and including” and the word “to” means “to but excluding”. (c) The term “including” is not limiting and means “including without limitation.”
