Other Development Approvals and Permits. The Project shall be required to comply with all other applicable requirements of the County Code for land development, including, but not limited to, site improvement plans (for water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage and sediment, and erosion control improvements), water and sewer amendments, compliance with the County Forest Resource Ordinance, Subdivision Plats, building permits, and occupancy permits. The Project shall also be required to obtain all applicable State or federal approvals and permits.
