Zoning and Plan Designations. The Property is zoned NT on the Xxxxxx County 17 Zoning Map and is subject to the Downtown Revitalization provisions of the Zoning Regulations. 18 Xxxxxx County and HRD agree that it is in the best interests of Xxxxxx County and its citizens 19 for the Property, during the term of this Agreement, to be developed in accordance with Xxxxxx 20 County Law (as defined in Section 1.1.H above).

The Subject Properties are (a) located within the growth area of the Linganore Regional Community as shown on the 2006 New Market Region Plan; (b) designated Low Density Residential (“LDR”) on the 0000 Xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx; and (c) located within the New Market Water and Sewer Service Area in the 0000 Xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx.

The Site is a) located within the Planned Service Area for Water and Sewer as contained in the 2000 General Plan, as amended; and (b) designated as “Residential Areas” on Map 7-1 of the General Plan Policies Map 2000-2020, as amended. In the event that the zoning for the Site is no longer R-ED (or the subsequent equivalent of such zoning classification) or the Site is no longer within the Planned Service Area for Water and Sewer as contained in the 2000 General Plan or any subsequent Xxxxxx County General Plan, the obligations and responsibilities of the Parties in this Agreement shall terminate without further action.

Upon request of the Union, the Employer will bargain, in accordance with Article 37, Mandatory Subjects, the effect(s) of a change to an existing class or newly proposed classification.

  • Procedure for Benefits Modifications 1. Proposals for major retirement benefit modifications will be negotiated in joint meetings with the certified employee organizations whose memberships will be directly affected. Agreements reached between Management and organizations whereby a majority of the members in LACERS are affected shall be recommended to the City Council by the CAO as affecting the membership of all employees in LACERS. Such modifications need not be included in the MOU in order to be considered appropriately negotiated.
