Other Effects of Force Majeure Events. (a) If any Force Majeure Event claimed by a Party shall continue for more than twelve Months from the date of notice provided by such Party in Section 9.2(a), then the other Party may, at any time following the end of such period, terminate this Agreement upon 30 days written notice to the affected Party, without further obligation by the terminating Party, except as to payment of any costs and liabilities incurred prior to the effective date of such termination; provided, such notice of termination must be given during the period that performance continues to be delayed or prevented by the Force Majeure Event.
